Timeless Ideas.

We are one of Atlanta's oldest architectural firms, but our ideas are definitely not. We excel in design and treat everything related to you and your project as critical, which is another reason for our longevity. We see you through each phase of your project.

Services.

When it comes to service, we have a "concept to completion" policy and provide every level of service for your project needs. We’ve established long term relationships with leading engineering and specialty consultants for the structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering components of your project. This means that all your construction documents are clear, comprehensive and coordinated with everyone assigned to the project team. It helps avoid planning change orders, which increase the budget and are all too common in today’s construction. We offer architectural services on multiple building types including programming, master planning, design, construction documents, contract administration and construction inspection.

Our goal is to exceed your expectations in everything we do for you. The fact that 95% of our clients are repeat customers says a lot about the level of satisfaction we can provide to you and your project.

Healthcare. Telecommunications. Commercial.

HRD specializes in Healthcare, Telecommunications, and Commercial markets; there is no project too small or too large. When it comes to Healthcare, a cornerstone of our business, we have strived to be a thought leader in the world of health and patient care design and pride ourselves in staying in tune with advancements in technology and shifts within the industry. From designing the original Master Plan for Piedmont Hospital Atlanta in the 1950’s to the Northside Hospital Cherokee Replacement Hospital Campus in 2017, our passion for new ideas can be seen in everything we do.

With over 100 years of experience in the telecommunications market, with clients like Southern Bell, MCI, and Bellsouth in our portfolio of work, HRD is currently managing multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts in seven states with Fortune 500 companies.
