Swan House

Swan House was designed by Philip Trammell Shutze for Edward and Emily Inmann, heirs to a cotton-brokerage fortune. The Italian and English Classical Style residence is recognizable as President Snow’s mansion in the Hunger Games films.

Shutze became the principal designer for the firm Hentz, Adler and Shutze, and it was under that name that he created Swan House and several of Atlanta's other iconic buildings.
