NSH Atlanta - Buford ASC
The Buford ASC was developed and planned alongside the overall design for the Medical Office Building, allowing for optimal placement and to accommodate med gas, HVAC, plumbing, and construction logistics.
This forward-thinking approach to tenant planning during MOB design is critical when considering the lifespan of any core and shell development to ensure flexibility and function of future fit out potential. The ASC includes two total-joint operating rooms with support space, including shared pre-op and PACU bays, as well as sterile processing.
